International Research



There is the Early Childhood Australia National Conference 2016 that takes place the 5th -8th of October. Speakers will be speaking about topics such as, “The circle of love: Marte Meo information on supporting development in daily interaction moments, ‘Rethinking screen time for the digital age: Imagining screens as windows, mirrors, and magnifying glasses, ‘Play-based learning and intentional teaching: Forever different?’ These topics depict trending issues that are relevant in the field of Early Childhood. The workshop is geared towards Early Child Hood professionals.

The ECA has been a voice in the Early Childhood community since 1938. Its goal is to ensure social justice and equity in issues that deal with children birth through eight years of age.

  1. Many of us seemed to have chosen Early Childhood Australia website. While we all navigated to the same website, we all got different insights and information from the website. Many of the issues and topics that you mentioned in your blog are ones that are interesting to discuss and learn more information about. Sitting in on conferences and gaining more knowledge is something that we can never get enough of; this field is constantly changing and we need to be involved in that change so that we can offer the children we serve the best that this field has to offer.
